JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking to hire a talented software engineer having 7-15 years of experience to join the Advisory team . The Advisory team is responsible for maintaining and building systems for Advisory business.

We are working on a Portfolio Management System to build the next generation of systems using latest technologies and techniques and hence are looking for a software engineer to help drive the development.

Required Skills

Functional :

• Should have some experience in Financial domain. Understanding of portfolio management functions is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong Data analysis skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated individual and creative thinker who will take ownership of tasks and projects

Technical:

• At least 5 years of hand-on DB2/SQL , Stored Procedures , COBOL,CICS and JCL.
• Experience on Trading or Financial services platform
• Working in Agile model (15 members team) and supports batch (rotational) along with DEV work.
• Good with technical knowledge (basics) SQL Queries, Stored Procedure (native/external ), error handling - Abends / SQLCODE , GTTs , DB2 and SQL Server, COBOL / CICS and JCL.
• Experience with MQ and XML Parsing .
• Good knowledge of Concurrency and High Volume Server Side Development
• Involvement in full Software Development
