Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data governance and data modeling, with additional skills in database management, both relational and non-relational. This role will be critical in ensuring our data architecture aligns with business goals and industry best practices.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Data Modeling:
• Develop, implement, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
• Design and optimize data models to support new and existing projects.
• Ensure data models meet business requirements and adhere to data standards.
• Data Governance:
• Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across the organization.
• Work with stakeholders to define and implement data governance frameworks.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Database Management:
• Manage and maintain both relational and non-relational databases.
• Optimize database performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with database administrators and developers to ensure efficient data management practices.

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience in data modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical).
• Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in database management for both relational (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
