About the Role Underdog is seeking a Data Analyst II to join the Product Data Team and contribute to developing insights that enhance product features and customer experiences. The analyst will work closely with product and engineering teams to design experiments, analyze performance metrics, and create interactive dashboards that drive decision-making. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver key product insights to enhance user experience Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests in collaboration with product and engineering teams Analyze customer behavior and business performance to identify trends and root causes Create interactive dashboards, visualizations, and analytics applications Implement statistical analysis and experimentation best practices to improve product development Lead technical initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to identify data-driven solutions Who You Are 3+ years of experience in product analysis, feature development, and customer insights Strong SQL skills and expertise in data visualization Experience with product feature testing and experimentation Highly results-driven, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Preferred Qualifications Passion for sports and sports gaming Experience in the daily fantasy sports or sports betting industry Familiarity with experimentation tools (Amplitude, Statsig, Mixpanel, etc.) Strong foundation in probability and statistics Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $122,000 - $135,000 per year + target equity Unlimited PTO, with flexibility around major sports seasons 16 weeks of fully paid parental leave $500 home office allowance 5% 401(k) match, FSA, and company-paid health, dental, and vision insurance A highly engaged, remote-first culture Why Join Underdog?
