Customer Service and Sales Assistant

Full-time opportunity Available | Denver, CO

As a Customer Service and Sales Assistant, you will deliver an excellent service, helping promote our our products and services to the people of the big apple. You will have a vibrant personality and a passion for helping others to achieve your goals and those of the company. 

While previous customer service experience is preferred, training will be provided. This is a very customer-centric role, so you’ll need to be confident and comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face. 

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests
• Provide product information, resolve complaints, and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records using our CRM system
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Continuously enhance product knowledge to assist customers effectively
• Meet and exceed performance targets, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings

Requirements: . 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus but not essential 
• Basic IT skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Capability to think outside the box and get creative
• A strong work ethic and desire to go above and beyond to meet all targets and objectives
• Able to commute to our office in Denver, CO (This role cannot be done remotely)
