We are seeking a passionate and experienced AP Psychology Teacher to serve as a Consulting Curriculum Developer for our web-based AP Psychology product line. Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a closely related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years teaching Advanced Placement Psychology in a high school setting.
Minimum of 2 years developing high-quality materials for the AP Psychology curriculum.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Deep understanding of the AP course and exam description.
Proven ability to develop engaging and effective AP curriculum materials.
Excellent communication skills to engage with high school students about AP concepts and our AP products.
Strong attention to detail.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to turn conceptual ideas into finished products.
Ability to adapt quickly and collaborate effectively within a team.
Openness to receiving and implementing feedback positively.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and self-motivation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with information technology (IT).
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Curriculum Manager to develop educational materials for our AP Psychology products.
Independently create AP educational materials based on guidance from management, ensuring alignment with AP curriculum standards.
Receive and incorporate feedback from the behavioral sciences team and management to enhance content quality.
Collaborate with team members to meet project goals and deadlines.
Develop marketing materials and participate in online forums and webinars to support marketing efforts and increase brand recognition.
