Who You Are
- Security-Cleared Professional: You hold an active Secret security clearance, demonstrating your trustworthiness and commitment to security.
- Experienced Professional: Depending on your level, you have:
- Junior-level: 2+ years
- Mid-level: 5+ years
- Senior level: 8+ years
- Flexible Worker: This position is fully remote, with occasional travel to the main work site for special events.
What You'll Do
- Lead Agile Practices: Facilitate agile development within the SAFe framework and guide the team in Lean-Agile techniques, processes, and principles.
- Enhance Team Collaboration: Foster communication, coordination, and cooperation among team members to meet Iteration Objectives.
- Support Team Dynamics: Uphold and reinforce team rules, facilitate progress towards goals, and drive continuous improvement.
- Facilitate Meetings: Lead all team meetings, including Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, Iteration Reviews, and Iteration Retrospectives.
- Assist the Product Owner: Support the Product Owner in managing the backlog and maintaining a healthy team dynamic concerning priorities and scope.
- Remove Impediments: Address and resolve blocking issues to keep the team focused on their objectives.
- Communicate and Protect: Engage with management and stakeholders, and safeguard the team from uncontrolled expansion of work.
- Prepare for ART Events: Help the team get ready for ART activities such as PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect and Adapt sessions.
