Join the Palmyre Bar team, where excellence in mixology meets unparalleled service. We are currently seeking a dedicated and energetic individual to take on the crucial role of Bar Back, contributing to the smooth operation of our upscale cocktail lounge.

Responsibilities:

• Support the bartenders by restocking and replenishing bar supplies, ensuring a well-equipped and organized workspace.
• Assist in the preparation of garnishes, ingredients, and other elements essential for crafting exceptional cocktails.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, alerting the bar staff when supplies need replenishing.
• Execute opening and closing duties to contribute to the overall efficiency of daily operations.
• Work collaboratively with the bartending team to fulfill guest orders promptly and efficiently.
• Uphold the high standards of cleanliness and presentation that define Palmyre Bar.
  Requirements:
• Previous experience in a bar back or similar support role is preferred.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy items, including kegs and cases of beverages.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining a well-organized bar area.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Team player with excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with the bar staff.
