What You’ll Do:
Troubleshoot & Maintain AV Systems – Diagnose and repair audio/visual equipment to ensure peak performance and minimal downtime
System Installation & Reinstallation – Efficiently install and service AV systems , including audio DSPs, CODECs, switchers, control systems, and VTC systems
Field Commissioning – Conduct final commissioning of AV systems, ensuring smooth functionality for corporate clients
️ Client Communication & Training – Provide clear system performance updates to customers and the Service/Installation Department
Create User Guides – Develop easy-to-follow training materials and guide end-users on how to use their AV control systems
Process Improvement – Identify workflow enhancements, develop better installation processes , and recommend upgrades
Travel to Client Sites – Be on the move to troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize AV installations (occasional out-of-town travel may be required)
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Strong AV Troubleshooting & Installation Experience – Familiarity with audio DSPs, video CODECs, switchers, VTC systems, and control systems
✔ Technical Expertise – Ability to diagnose and repair AV systems efficiently
✔ Clear Communicator – Strong customer service & documentation skills
✔ Organized & Detail-Oriented – Ability to manage paperwork, tools, and company vehicle effectively
✔ Problem-Solver – A passion for refining current processes and improving workflow efficiency
✔ Willingness to Travel – Local travel to client sites , with occasional out-of-town trips as needed
