Role: Audio/Video Support Engineer
Location: Nashville, TN
Experience: 4-6 Years

We are seeking an experienced Audio/Video Support Engineer to provide on-site technical support for conference rooms, large events, meetings, and webinars. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Audio/Video technologies, Teams/Zoom conferencing solutions, and ITIL processes , ensuring seamless event execution and technical troubleshooting.

• Deliver white-glove on-site support for A/V solutions during meetings and large events.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot A/V devices, conference room equipment, Windows devices, and Teams/Zoom conferencing solutions .
• Perform connectivity management tasks , including hard/soft resets and setting up remote access for Level 2 support teams.
• Replace and troubleshoot faulty equipment components such as hard drives, power supplies, and network cards .
• Conduct basic troubleshooting such as power cycling devices and verifying physical connections.
• Handle rack and stack operations, equipment labeling, and inventory management .
• Ensure proper network connectivity by testing cables, fiber optics, and communication links .
• Maintain an inventory of equipment , track serial numbers, and manage spare parts.
• Conduct on-site troubleshooting for power, network connectivity, and device functionality.
• Perform asset management and prepare conference rooms (A/V testing, setup, and validation) one hour before events or meetings .

• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (ITIL Certification preferred) .
• Expertise in Audio/Video technologies and conference room support .
• Experience in Teams and Zoom conferencing solutions .
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide VIP-level support .
• Experience in end-user and deskside support .

• Hands-on experience with Crestron Audio/Video devices .
• Familiarity with conference room setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance .
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
