Job Description: Associate Creative Director (ACD)
We're seeking a talented and experienced Associate Creative Director to join our creative team. As an ACD, you'll play a crucial role in leading and inspiring creative work across multiple accounts. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on our clients' brands while developing your leadership skills in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Creative Leadership (40%)
- Collaborate with the copywriting team to produce standout, strategically focused concepts and campaigns
- Develop and review creative briefs that provide strategic insight and inspiration
- Own projects from start to finish, managing tight deadlines and multiple assignments
- Lead concept presentations and participate in client meetings
- Contribute to shaping strategic branding initiatives
2. Team Management (30%)
- Assign and guide creative teams based on their strengths and project requirements
- Optimize workloads to maximize team productivity and ensure everyone is engaged and billable
- Collaborate with various departments to meet deadlines and budgets
- Provide regular feedback and conduct annual performance reviews
- Identify and interview prospective creative candidates
3. Client Relations and Business Growth (30%)
- Serve as the creative voice for your accounts
- Develop strong relationships with clients
- Work with account management to grow business with existing clients
- Ensure client satisfaction through high-quality creative work and responsive service
- Represent the agency at client meetings and social events
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of agency experience
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Advertising, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field)
- Proven track record of creative excellence and sound judgment
- Successful client relationship management experience
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage creative teams and multiple accounts
- Commitment to producing exceptional work, even under pressure

Compensation Range: $98,500 - $165,500 annually, commensurate with skills, qualifications, and experience.
