What We're Looking For
We're seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. If you have a knack for sales and a desire to make an impact in the FinTech industry, we'd love to hear from you!

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a Sales Executive role or a related field.
- Relevant tertiary qualification is required.
- Experience selling APIs is essential.
- Familiarity with SaaS sales, preferably in enterprise software.
- Prior experience in the African FinTech or cryptocurrency industry is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
- A solid understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.
- Quick learner with a passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and assess customer needs.
- Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media engagement.
- Arrange meetings with potential clients, actively listening to their needs and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on our products and services.
- Create regular reviews and reports detailing sales and financial performance.
- Ensure stock availability for sales and demonstrations.
- Represent the company at exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate and close deals while addressing any complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share insights with internal teams.
