Account Executive

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and managing client relationships within the PCBA and SMT sectors. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the PCBA and SMT markets
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services
• Track sales metrics and report on performance against targets
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 2+ years of sales experience in the PCBA or SMT industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
